The WOW has become my favorite warm up tool. I use it several times a day before I start to play, even if I have played earlier in the day. I not only feel warmed up after I use it  - I truly feel stronger in my upper body. I also use the WOW when I am done with a heavy rehearsal or practice session and it makes me feel much looser and helps me release any tight muscles. I keep a WOW at the hall and one at home. I appreciate its' portability and how quickly I can get results backstage prior to a performance.
